You Are The Dictator Of Your Happiness

Is it right to give the power to situations and people around to decide your happiness?

OR

Is it right to be the owner of your own happiness?

Well, my experience says that being a social creature, human beings get affected by circumstances as well as opinions of people. But it doesn’t mean that all such factors can control your decision to remain delighted.

Honking horns can be a reason of irritation and headache for fraction of time, but can’t lead to the deafness at that moment.

Same is the phenomenon of contentment.

Do not forget, happiness is like a blessing. In today’s stressful scenario, the person wearing smiles are rare to find, whereas the majority loves carrying the sadness on their faces by directly or indirectly finding reasons to be sorrowful.

Now you have to decide, whether you hold the courage to be that rarest proportion of the population (Smiling, Positive personalities) or among the majority of crowd (Miserable, Negative people).

Cheerfulness is your own possession, which no one can buy or sell until you do not wish to. This is what my life taught. Despite of people making efforts to upset me sometimes have to remain disheartened, because I, instead of being unhappy, reply them back by remaining happy.

How do I manage to do that?

It’s simple. I am the dictator of my own happiness.
