Life is as simple as you think it is. But we, the human class, love making things complicated.
By over-emphasising what does not need to be focused and by ignoring what really matters.
A simple mantra to deal with this is: TAKE IT EASY. Stop being mind reader all the times as your assumptions, about what a person in front of you is thinking, may not always be true. Being jugemental and critical to every situation as well as every individual may result in missing out small moments, which you could have cherished if your brain was not occupied with irrelevant thoughts.
To sum up:
- Criticism and over-analysis are energy consumers, avoid them. It is ok to be serious about few prioritised areas, otherwise finding happiness in the ordinary scenarios.
- Nothing is complicated, neither a person nor a situation. What makes it seem complicated is: Your ability to perceive them in the way you desired it to be.
- Lastly, a positive attitude can turn the complications into most fun seeking tasks.
